Michelle SpaldingMichelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Holy Family University and Master of
Education in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University. She is a founding member and certified coach, speaker, trainer and DISC consultant with the John Maxwell Team and is a graduate of the National Leadership Institute on Intellectual Disabilities. Michelle co-leads Philadelphia’s Employment First Initiative and is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). She is on the board of the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) in the role of Past President. Michelle has worked with Network for Training and Development since 1995. Over the years, she has provided training and consultation to organizations in the Philadelphia region and beyond in the areas of employment supports customized employment, and transition from school to work. She is also experienced in strategic planning facilitation, organizational supports and consultation as well as professional development and growth. In her spare time, Michelle loves going on long bike rides and quilting works of art. She is also a board member of the Therapy Dog organization, “Angel on a Leash”, sharing love and joy to those who need some affection from her super soft and furry lovable dog, Maverick. |
