The Professional Employment Services - Certificate of Achievement is awarded to trainees who complete the more advanced training requirements for that certificate. Training includes 60 hours of content and professional development activities as well as 1 year of experience. The training builds knowledge and skills of trainees in the ACRE Professional Employment Services Competencies.
