Vicki Ferrera

With a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and over 30 years of experience in community
rehabilitation and employment for people with disabilities, Vicki serves as Coordinator of Access to Integrated Employment and Director of the WIPA CT and RI Program at the Sherlock Center on Disabilities, RI College. Her scope of work includes statewide training, technical assistance, and system change initiatives, including development of the ACRE-endorsed “Supporting Meaningful Employment” curriculum and coordination of employment-focused professional development groups, extensive data collection and dissemination, and active participation on multiple advisory boards advancing inclusive employment policy and practice. She has been an ACRE Board Member since 2013 in various roles.
