Description of ACRE Training Program: This course is comprised of three areas of training: 1) Discovery, 2) Job Development, and 3) Job Coaching/ Systematic Instruction. The training focuses on people who have significant impact of intellectual and developmental disabilities and have experienced challenges regarding services that would assist them to become successfully employed. Each area of training involves three days of classroom style training for a total of nine days of training. Each component of the training has activities and performance requirements that must be met. Basic Level or Professional Level: Basic Where training is available Training can come to any state.
