Title of ACRE Training: Making Employment Work

Description of ACRE Training:  The Arc of Pennsylvania offers Making Employment Work, an ACRE Basic Employment Certificate curriculum. Attendees will learn the best practices for providing employment services to job seekers of all levels of ability. Course topics include job development, networking, and job supports.

​It is a hybrid meaning it includes some face-to-face training, as well as some online training. Each trainees will attend 3 days of face-to-face training and and participate in 8 online classes. There are assignments each week to demonstrate skill development. Each online class is 1.5 hours long.
